Michael Kaselnak, CEO of HOARD Clients System, Inc. while writing over 60 cards with exactly the same message came up with a thought which provoked him to seek a system that will help him avoid the hassle and inconvenience of repetition. He was tired of being cramped up after the duplication and could not stop himself from thinking of things he would rather be doing.
Based on this brain wave, Mr Kaselnak got in touch with us who could provide them with a system that would eliminate duplication, having to remember repetitive tasks and provide personal touch.
We developed a system where Hoard clients can provide its customers an ability to create interesting, fun articles with handwritten note on them to proven newsletters that increase referrals and income, with ability to use unique methods to touch prospects and clients, strengthening and deepening ties and rapport with them.
We designed a notebook based on digital pen and paper where hoard clients’ customers can write in their personalized message in the area provided and give hoard clients a list of holidays on which they want people in their address book to be sent the personalized greetings. This data is then converted into image of 600 dpi and then printed on the desired card e.g. labor day greeting cards to be sent to associates in the handwriting of the person writing the message. The person receiving this card will never know that the person who sent him this card has not written the card himself including the address on the envelope as it is in the handwriting of the person who has sent it.
We with the technology of digital pen and paper and pen stroke (this is done by taking each person who is going to be the signatory to write a to z , in upper and lower case, numbers and symbols. With this salutations and first of the person to be addressed is generated. Also the address for the envelope is generated), designed an application that gives customized solution to the customers of hoard clients an ability to personalize repetitive mails to not just create a better impression but earn more revenue as well.
Dr. Gopal Gupta
Dr Gopal Gupta is a practicing pediatrician and attends to patients on daily basis. His requirement was to get forms filled in by each patient (customer) be it personal information to insurance details. His time then got consumed in updating the data in his computer under the patients file. His other requirements were to have patient history and details of the prescription he has given to his patients.
This is where Karmanya came into picture with a solution that not only gives him time to concentrate on his passion; that being treating his young charges, but have his records updated as well.
We created 4 forms for Dr Gupta. 2 of these forms were to get details from customer that is to be filled in by customers like personal information and insurance details.
The other 2 forms were to be filled by Dr Gupta namely Prescription form and Patient history form. These helped him keep record of his patients and the medicines he has prescribed to them which will help him track the treatment procedures.

However, they still needed to get information from the counterparts who would administer the medicines to patients across the globe. This was carried out by sending forms to get the history of illness of the said patient and chief complaints by faxes. These were then filled by the counterparts and sent back by either scanning the printed form to the doctors/physicians in USA who then based on this information provide diagnosis and treatment for the said patient.
This was a time consuming process. Karmanya to eliminate this created 2 forms for Partners telemedicine to be filled in by the counterparts across the globe with information related to the complaints, current medication, history of illness, problem areas, intensity, timing, quality etc with the digital pen on the digital paper. This information when the pen is docked goes to the computer and with hand writing recognition software gets converted to image that is then emailed to doctors in Boston who then send back to the representatives/ counterparts in the region where patient the appropriate treatment.
